In the light of this year’s Kagyu Monlam and H. H. The Gyalwang Karmapa’s advise, we will be starting a new Palpung Europe tradition in confessing and repairing all our downfalls, defects of the past year.

Chöje Lama Palmo asks us to do the visualisation and recitation as taught. For those who do not have the transmission of any Vajrasattva practice, she recorded a minimum version of the mantra for us to recite.

Also, we will dedicate our New Year’s eve’s meditation in the City Institute to this practice.
