Abiding peacefully
Abiding peacefully (tib. Zhine. skr. Shamata) is the basis for all Buddhist practice. Through the right physical posture in combination with a particular method of concentration, we allow our mind to come to rest for the duration of the session and to develop more clarity. It is the basis for all further Buddhist practice.
Instructions need to be given by an authentic master of a genuine, living lineage and the progress of the student overseen and guided.
