The clear vision of superior insight (tib. Lhaktong, Skr. Vipashyana) is being established on basis of Abiding peacefully. While during Zhine the mind’s aspect of calmness is the main focus, the Lhaktong meditation aims at bringing forth the mind’s aspect of clarity on the sound basis of Zhine.

Instructions need to be given by an authentic master of a genuine, living lineage and the progress of the student overseen and guided.
