I am requesting everyone from my very heart who is connected with me  to please practice well.

How do we practice? By expanding our love and devotion to our Enlightened Ones, sacred example, peerless masters, pure masters; very hope in the chaos of samsara, opening our heart to them.

By sending our love to our fellow sentient beings who suffer from the same mental afflictions as we do.

If we can truly establish this kind of love, a love which does not want but gives, as our main focus in life, our lives will be calm, serene and full of joy so that the authentic dharma will unfold in the cradle of our hearts in the most beautiful manner.
