Dear friends,

it’s been a pretty eventful year, this 2017. We celebrated our 20 years’ anniversary, are on the last lap of completing our City Institute, at least for the time being (restorate the last furniture,  repair the last damages of the 1st floor which occured during the addition of the roof storey), I was convalescent and full recovery is not yet in sight so hence I am looking at our retreat institute and its adaption to be, in worry.

Please contribute so we are able to start with the adaption of Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa’s European Seat, our retreat center, by whichever means. Be creative in helping us to transform the place with space for H. H. and guest techers as well, as soon as possible into a regular retreat schedule so we may discover our buddha heart.

But way more important; I am asking all of you who have whatever kind of connection with the lineage, with The Gyalwang Karmapa, especially with Guru Vajradhara Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa and of course those as well who feel connected with me – please become real disciples of The Buddha, don’t regard the holy dharma an institutional organisation which to repel your intellect commands, don’t consume “dharma courses” and don’t run after tempting headlines off glossy folders or promising titles, don’t hide in increasingly complicated squirms of your own mind. Instead, use the methods received so far, practice simplicity and joy, modesty and contentment, equanimity and love, Giving and nobleness.

Many people I met so far wish to be “totally close to me”. Those exactly are the ways to accomplish your wish. I as a person do not wish for anything from you. Definitely not your affection or sympathy and love. Become true, natural, simple, real people, be on the search for lasting happiness , Lord Buddhas’s very legacy out of love, and help in creating his space.
